Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, I don't believe that money should come between a person and their healing. There are a limited amount of sliding scale rates available. These rates are based on income and family size.
How long does each therapy session take?
Every therapy session is a scheduled 50 minutes, which typically start at each hour. Sometimes, we may schedule longer sessions for certain exercises and family sessions.
Do you take insurance?
I am an in network provider for Ambetter, Coordinated Care, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, Likewise, and Asuris. For Out of Network services, I offer Superbills. This means that you would pay for services up front and seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
