You cannot recover from anxiety by just remaining calm, or depression by just being positive. Recovery from the battles of life takes time, patience, and releasing old habits. Whether you’re facing mental illness, parenting, relationships, or life transitions, change must occur in order for peace to resurface. It's okay to feel unstable, it's okay for things to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help. Together, we can create a safe space to identify, explore, and release self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve your highest good and learn to tap into your own power.
A Bit About Therapy
I use a holistic approach, and emphasize the important connection between the body (our physical health) and the mind (our emotional and spiritual health). I believe that these are equally important and that the neglect of one deeply impacts the others. In order for our work to be most effective, I implore my clients to take care of each of these aspects. I offer an integration of Western and Eastern techniques, focused on internal healing of the soul in order to shed the inauthentic parts of your being. It is my passion to assist those who are in the process of awakening and experiencing a shift. My intention is to assist you in connecting with your soul and Universe in order to help you fully understand, manage, or eliminate common mental health disorders by reaching above and beyond traditional psychotherapy.
